- Manage and supervise the day-to-day execution of social media strategies and content engagement across platforms.
- Participate in ideation process and prepare proposal alongside other teams.
- Use listening tools to monitor client brands online especially on social networks.
- Responsible for managing and monitoring the social media running’s quality, user experience and process on social media spaces. Directly manage resources to ensure content is delivered on time and meets requirements

- Acting as the Manager of the PR & Communication Department, in charge of both work and personnel management.
- Being responsible for planning and creating PR and communications, both strategy and action plan, with clear focus, strategy, strong tactics and effective cost for all 3 companies in sport area: Saigon Sports Academy, Saigon Heat and Vietnam University Games.
- Managing and creating all effective external communications (press conference, press release, PR articles, website, e-newsletter…) for both Ho Chi Minh and Ha Noi market.
- Establish and maintain strong relationship with key local press to run effective PR & Communication strategy at the most reasonable cost.
- Set-up, manage social media accounts and sharing sites as relevant to the sport markets (Facebook, YouTube, online forum, etc) and develop social networks
- Giving support in term of marketing and branding: dealing with TV channels (HTV and Fox Sports) to live broadcast and live stream for all sports games; arrangement and supervising online advertising, Facebook ads, outside banner, video and photographs…

Thanks to my good relationships with media, every press release of FVH is run effectively and can access expanded audiences of from 10 to 30 press agencies depending on the values of news released.
